http://www.elsevier.nl/inca/publications/store/6/0/0/7/3/5/

The merger of La Recherche AŽrospatiale and ZFW (Zeitschrift fŸr Flugwissenschaften und Weltraumforschung), both leading journals in France and Germany, gave birth to Aerospace Science and Technology. Published by a bi-national editorial team under the auspices of the national research establishments ONERA and DLR in cooperation with the DGLR. In 1999, four other European research establishments have joined ONERA and DLR/DGLR within AST: CIRA (Italy), INTA (Spain), NLR (The Netherlands) and FFA (Sweden), giving the journal a dimension truly representative of the weight of European countries within the aerospace research community. Aerospace Science and Technology publishes articles of outstanding scientific quality. Each article is reviewed by two referees.

The journal welcomes papers from a wide range of countries. This journal publishes original papers and review articles related to all fields of aerospace research, from fundamental research to industrial applications for the design and the manufacture of aircraft, helicopters, missiles, launchers and satellites.
