		Materials: A basin A hose with running water

Procedure: With the hose at an angle, begin filling the basin, note how rapidly it fills. Now try it with the hose pointing straight into basin.

Explanation: It turns out the basin will fill at the same rate, whatever angle the hose is held at. The flow rate of water exiting the hose is independent of the hose angle.
