The elevator

Consider a cubical tank, with a side length equal to h resting on the horizontal floor of an elevator. The tank is filled entirely with water and then sealed hermetically. Suddenly, the elevator starts moving downwards with an acceleration equal to ½g.
a) Derive an expression for the pressure variation inside the tank.
b) What is the difference between the maximum and minimum pressures.
